Important: TruConnect is offering additional service to customers through the Affordable Connectivity Program. To offer this additional service, you will need to complete Lifeline and ACP training:

After completing Lifeline and ACP Training, you will be sent a background check from Veritable screening that you will be required to complete (typically received within 1-2 business days from training completion). This email will include information regarding TruConnect's Code of Conduct, which you will also need to complete and return. If you pass your background check, TruConnect's Compliance Department will create your user credentials and send them to you within 1-2 days from when you pass your background check.
 
 
Before you can start offering Lifeline, you will also need to register for your RAD ID. USAC, the Lifeline administrator in your state, requires all agents to register for their RAD ID. To register for your RAD ID, go to https://lifelinerad.org/rad/#/verifyRepresentative. Once you have registered, send your name, RAD ID and phone number to Compliance@truconnect.com.
 
 
The entire onboarding process from beginning to end may take up to 5-7 days. Please reach out to the Compliance Department at compliance@truconnect.com if you are having trouble with completing your background check or registering for your RAD ID. You can also confirm the status of your training results and background check by emailing compliance@truconnect.com.
