Paid plans include email support for anything. On a free account the form handles cancellations, refunds and enterprise plans, and the help guides below answer most other questions. Questions about a particular poll, such as why you were asked something, are best sent to the person who made it.
Claiming your Poll or Survey
If you've signed up for a free account you can select the 'Account' option from the menu and access all of your previous polls and surveys. If you haven't or if you signed up after creating the poll or survey then you can still retrieve it by going to the Account Dashboard and selecting 'Claim a Poll / Survey'.

Canceling your Account
To cancel your account, visit the Account section of the Dashboard and click the grey 'Cancel' button on the right side of the page.
