3220 - Lead The Way - 'Lead The Way' is a Leadership Development support programme exclusively designed for Rotaractors by the Training & Leadership Development team of Rotaract District 3220 Sri Lanka and Maldives. This is a new initiative launched in 2016 under 'Vision to Action' programme strategy to create space for Rotaractors to associate with modern leaders up close and personal to enable an effective self-development experience. Four phases of training were conducted on All the phases were organized free of charge which attracted hundreds of Rotaractors attend this programme and provided continuous learning opportunities for their leadership development covering different aspects.

3230 - Rotaract Entrepreneurship Development (RED) - Rotaract Entrepreneurship Development is a platform to all Rotaractors in Rotary District 3230 to become an aspiring entrepreneur. In partnership with experts, world class entrepreneurship knowledge will be developed among Rotaract movement. A project initiated to create an ecosystem where aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs can develop their concepts into a business through continuous guidance and mentorship in addition to workshop series and events.

3292 - Panel Discussion on Youth Concerns organised by Rotaract Club of Newroad Pokhara - Liberal globalization has brought our society to the new dimension. The research indicates that citizens of different countries are recognizing themselves as a global citizen than their nationalities. With the progression of educational programs, more Nepalese are educated than any time in the history and the sense of personal social responsibility is gradually budding in the Nepalese youths. . The Panel Discussion, Youth Concerns: Society, Security and the Responsibility will try to explain youth concerns related to modern society, security, gender equality and the responsibility with intellectual thoughts and interactive discussions. The experts from the various fields will take questions from the participants as well.Passionate young adults 16-35 years old are the primary target group. Journalists, social activists, feminists, human right activists, entrepreneurs are also encouraged to participate in this event. The number of participants is approximately 50.
