In Fulton County, Georgia... Angela Rutledge owned a Pit Bull for eight years without incident. (((ALLEGEDLY))) out of nowhere, the dog mauled and killed her three year old son Beau. Now, Ms. Rutledge is rallying at the State Capital to bring a ban on the breed to Georgia. Do you believe the Pit Bull Breed(s) are "unpredictable" and dangerous and need to be banned or this particular woman failed at parenting and failed at dog ownership and is covering up her own negligence with her proposed legislation?
