should i go immediately to being required to wear the plug 24/7 unless medically necessary to remove it? (will follow mentrual cup hygiene guidelines to avoid tss)
yes, if it doesnt hurt there's no reason to not
get used to wearing the plug consistently first: go based on job hours (on the clock vs off the clock style)
keep increasing the time daily until you get to 24/7
permission to take it out in public and to sleep but otherwise 24/7
only allowed to take it out to sleep
allowed to take it out in public, for sleep, and for showering
