Continue capivasertib but reduce dose to 320-mg BID.

Hold capivasertib until diarrhea grade ≤1, then dose reduce to 320-mg BID.

Discontinue treatment due to toxicity and switch treatment.

Hold capivasertib until diarrhea grade ≤1, then dose reduce to 200-mg BID.
