i feel like good fortune would kinda op and for everyone who says its just higher chance of better outcome nothing is for sure, thats true but the thing is when there is situation 50/50 with this ''luck"power IN SHOW/ MOVIE it would be 60/40 or 65/35 but i think irl it would be even 80/20 bcs in the show you don't want overpowered character that is so good mostly bcs of his luck but irl no one can manipulate this(assuming luck power is true) you can pretty much do anything as long as it doesn't require full skill

March 24, 2020 Tyrian's semblance is an interesting and unique one that hasn't been largely talked about and I hope that rooster teeth expands on it in a future volume and Tyrian is one of my favorite characters because he's just so interesting and I would like to see a sort of background story for him.

I want to see Juan's semblance been used in different ways. Also Weiss' Glyphs. In 3rd place I was between, Telekinesis, Polarity, Rose Petals and the Photographic Memory. But I choose Polarity cause of the verstility and cause Phyrra=ma best girl.

It was a hard choice. But i did pick Weiss glyphs because i love how it can be used and how it works. Neo's overactive imagination because she did infiltrate the schnee manor so easily, and she can hide in plain sight just waiting for the right moment to strike. Emerald hallucination because she could easily f*cked up the minds of her opponents, just picture this she could make Jaune see a half dead twisted version of Phyrra. And Emerald semblance was a imported part of the fall of Beacon.

Neo is one of my favorite it's very useful in combat scenarios

I picked Photographic Memory, Burn and Overactive Imagination. Photographic Memory is just a very useful and unique semblance, very fitting for a character like Velvet who looked like an under...bunny I suppose until Volume 3 where she kicked ****. Yang is one of my favorite characters and I like her semblance because of the concept and the way she uses it in battle, especially in Volume 6 and 7, waiting for the right moment to strike. Neo's semblance is just very versatile and can be used in many different useful ways. It's sort of a bumped up version of Emerald's semblance, which is already a semblance I like.

I picked the semblance of glyphs because it's semblance is really unique from other semblances. I also chose the Kendrick link semblance because of its ability and the teleportation to others. Lastly, I chose the lie detector semblance because it is kinda overpowered if you use it properly in a fight but on the weak side, she can't really use it to battle.

Honestly, I think that in terms of the best semblances, in my opinion, would have to be to Neopolitan's Overactive Imagination, simply for the fact that it's so versatile for casual tactical diversion, covert espionage, and the psychological damage aspect to get the finishing/killing blow. As for Jaune's Aura Amp, everyone needs a medic/white paladin to keep the team going as well as I see him at least pulling some moves reminiscent of Cloud Strife in Final Fantasy so there's that. And finally, we come to the Schnee Family's Hereditary Semblance of Glyphs, which should just speak for itself, the versatile in which we have seen Weiss mixing dust into her glyphs creating new glyphs and their desired effects, like Time Dilation or propulsion, and let's not forget Summoning. Literally bringing an army of your fallen foes so that they could do battle in your stead, or as a significant boost to your own combat ability. #TheresPowerInNumbers #VersatilityIsBest

Marrow's is great fun to watch and always made laugh thinking of a human giving humans orders in in Atlas.

My personal favourites are Moonslice, telekinesis and scorching caress, mainly since there all really versatile, super useful and rather strong

Glyphs are very unique asthetically and remind me of Harry Potter Parronuses (Patroni?) Good Fortune: i love the concept of not having a super flashy super power. Clover has insane skill but his semblance is a just a solid fallback, (almost :( ) always capable of saving his life fron external factors. Polarity: Im putting polarity down because of Pyrrhas battle strategy. Having the ability to influence metal, the most common element people will readily have in their weapons is insane. The sheer extent of Pyrrhas power astonished me in her fight against Cinder. Those gears had to weigh a few hundred pounds, it wouldnt surprise me if Pyrrha could creat railguns given more time to train.

Grudge semblance-Sienna Khan my favourite semblance is her grudge ability

Petal burst, Peflexes, and Pocket Dimension. Any one of these is massively useful or powerful in one way or another. With Ruby, Petal burst is just one step away from evolving into full fledged self mater manipulation, and by that point she could turn into liquid or gas on command, which would make her harder to hit and injure than she already is with the status quo of breaking into multiple flakes in the air. Peflexes, we all know how overpowered spider sense is. Pocket dimension. Ya know how the DOOM SLAYER carries around hundreds of pounds of guns and ammo, a pocket dimension. You're personal inventory is now unlimited.

Chose Moonslice, Polarity, and Scorching Caress. Obsidian Bow-Swords are too cool to not pick.

I wish i could vote for 4 votes! I wanted Blake's, Yang's, phyra's, and neo's semblance

I do love Yang as best character, but I had to choose the character I hate most... CINDER. I hate her character, I will forever hold a grudge against her character, but her semblance is great I have to admit. She can super-heat anything. Even the air just to make weapons. If she can dust Pyrrah, than she could melt, burn, incinerate, or turn anything into glass. (I still hate Cinder)

I say one of my favorite sembanes is Raven's becaues being able to teleport to someone your close with and being able to have that connection with someone would be a really good sembanes to have, especially when is comes to protecting the once they love. My second choice is Neo's semblance because it kinda shows how much of a imagination Neo has. My third choice is Ruby's because is a good semblance for getting out of situations and for fighting purposes.

Misfortune - I can somehowe equate to Qrow because I kinda know how it feals to always be on the shorter end of the stick. Petal Burst and Overactive Imagination - mostly the aesthetic, I just love how those semblances loock visual and I think they have a greather potential to be used as more than just escape techniques and decoys

So I picked Glynda because Telekinesis is just really dope, Neo of course cause Neo‘s Selmblance was my favorite, And i kinda wanted to pick Velvet for my last cause she is just soooooo cool and her Semblance is dope, but i picked Cinder because her Semblance is one of first ones we saw and at that moment i fell in love with this show. The battle between Glynda and Cinder was just so cool So my 1. Place is Neo, 2. is Glynda, Then Cinder, Velvet, Pyrrah and Rwby and Weiss Haha guess i have a lot of favorites

1) Yang's Semblance, Burn: Being able to take the damage dealt by your opponent and dish it out twice as hard is so OP and hard to counteract. Like how do you fight someone that's just gonna get stronger everytime you hit them. Plus it's way more reliable than Adam's Semblance Moonslice in my opinion since if Adam is disarmed his semblance is useless or if you know about you can avoid the sword or fighters like Pyrrha and Glynda Goodwitch could use their semblances to take away his weapon immediately. 2) Weiss' Semblance, Glyph: Honestly possibly the most broken semblance in the show. First Weiss can conjure her glyphs anywhere she can see it seems so this gives her almost total control of the battlefield, being able to increase her speed and attack from any angle with her white glyphs or (and she has show this ability multiple times) conjure black glyphs under her opponent to trip them up or set them up for a team attack. Not to mention summoming, time dilation and it's insane compatibility with dust allowing her to launch ice, fire, wind and whatever else dust attacks from any angle (including conjuring a glyph under her opponents to trap them in a ball of ice). Her semblance is just so insanely versatile and I love it, it's one of my favorite powers in all of fiction. 3) Glynda Goodwitch's Semblance, Telekinesis: I mean telekinesis is always a really strong ability and Glynda has amazing control of her semblance as we see in her fight with Cinder, being able to manpiulate large amounts of debris in multiples ways effortlessly or how she restored the entire Beacon lunchroom in a matter of seconds (controlling numerous tables and such and putting it all back in its rightful place effortlessly). I've been wanting to see Glynda in a full powered 1v1 fight since the 1st episode. Her semblance has incredible potential, she can support alot of weight with it so she could likely disarm any opponent in an instant or even use their own weapons and dust against them. At the end of Volume 2 she's seen sending Grimm flying with ease so she could probably just fling her enemies up and slam them down over and over or at least block any attacks by sending them flying like the Grimm.

Two of my favorite and most cinematic semblances in which I can watch them being used for hours is Pyrrha Nikos’s Polarity as well as Velvet Scarlatina’s Photographic Memory. Both of those are super Unique and I love how they were implemented especially in Volume Three. One of my favorite fan theories and I’m really sad that it didn’t come true was that Jaune’s Semblance was also Polarity... I mean come on... opposites do attract... however the best semblance, and the one I want to know the most about is for the best girl Fiona Thyme. I’m just as interested in her pocket dimension semblance as Phoenix Night!

Yang’s semblance is a very good one for offensive attacks. Emerald I has such a broken semblance and she can trick and enemy to attack a tree and she can strike. She can also make people do something bad and getting arrested. Raven’s semblance can be used in battle, it’s normally used as a way to travel. Instead of walking or getting a train, and with the nuisance of Grimm, she can just portal there. So there are my choices.

I prefer fighting styles that allow for great control and support. Neo's semblance as we've seen can help her really mess with people's heads and as we can assume Grimm as well. No one can deny the usefulness of the Schnee family semblance. That shouldn't be hard to figure out. And Jaune's works so well as a support option and amplifying a team mates semblance will also be great as well as the assist with healing. I would have put Sienna's if it didn't specify that it makes her more effective against people who's auras are low. So someone she hasn't attacked she is less effective against...and her semblance is useless against grimm since they don't have auras at all.

I picked Adam's semblance (moon slice) because it really similar to yang's semblance and i love her. I also chose Tok's semblance (60 seconds) because its really good for when you are in a pinch and don't have much time. The last one i chose was ravens semblance(kindred link) Raven is what like a introvert. She would rather be by herself then with people. The fact that her semblance can only be used with someone she has a bond with says a lot.

I picked the glyphs,command,and overactive imagination. Out of all the semblances we’ve seen in the last 7 volumes these were the ones that really just caught my attention and I love the overall capabilities of each one.

My three were Velvet, Emerald, and the Schnees. I love that Velvet's semblance of memorizing fighting styles perfectly compliments her weapon. Although I like Neo as a character more, Emerald's version of their similar semblances seems to be more emotionally impactful to the victim while Neo's is better for improvising in combat. Finally, the Schnee's glyphs just have so much versatility from pushing things and pulling things to combining them with various types of dust to summoning, it will never not be useful and impressive.

As a member of the transgender community May Marigold's semblance is really symbolic of our community. Its great to see a subtle nod to the community that we would recognize, but isn't too in the face for everyone else.

I picked Petal Burst, Kindred Link, and Overactive Imagination. I like Petal Burst because of the amount of cool things Ruby can do with her semblance. I chose Kindred Link because I love how its based on Raven's bond with someone. And I chose Neo's semblance because I love how it takes Emeralds semblance but puts it on a whole other level. Plus she can f with people's minds.

My favorite semblances are bad luck charm, burn, and command, I choose Qrow semblance because of my incredible clumsiness as a boy, I don’t hate it, I love it because it’s what made me become me, I like Yang semblance because I always been the pain to myself, taken it all to me until I just unleash a strong confident back to them, and the last one, command semblance from Mara, kinda of like DIO, I want things to stop before something terrible happen, this will help my clumsiness. Haha

Yang's semblance is an awesome ability, but the down side of it is that it has to build up when taking damage, but it's still an awesome ability, much to Sienna's is the most handy kind of power, unlike yang's, her's stores up the more enemies she takes down, it sad that she was killed off, but I'm fascinated of how her semblance works.
