Based on the political reality of the people being the only defining force in a nation and the adjustment of borders being only able to be decided by the people, we must ask if the small national changes of rivers changing maps should be voted on by a referendum of accepting "natural" changes or should they be treated as a military threat and attempts be made to maintain the original flow of natural resources. Similarly we must ask if adjustements to the Map of the Country are a subject for public referendum, as such, the following poll is presented. "Should we have a referendum every time national borders are adjusted, no matter how minor or "natural"?" and "Should we attempt to re-negotiate borders based on the ability for a public referendum?"
1. Always referendum when borders are changed. Peace and War by referendum.
2. Referendum when at peace.
3. No referendums.
4. If 1 was voted for, hold a referendum, major borders at 1945->
